Christopher Stienburg
Christopher Stienburg is a seasoned litigator at Roberts & Obradovic law firm. With extensive experience, he has successfully represented clients in complex employment law disputes, elder abuse and estates cases, professional misconduct claims, commercial disputes, personal injury claims, and more. He served as lead counsel in the Ontario Court of Appeal case, Lam v. UWO (2019 ONCA 82), a leading case on contracts between students and universities and the rights of students to sue universities in Ontario courts. His legal expertise extends to all court levels and various tribunals.
