Junior Williams
Junior Williams, CISSP, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Junior Williams Consulting Inc. and an Industry Research Fellow in AI and Cybersecurity at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, Toronto Metropolitan University. His work spans enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and AI governance, with a focus on practical controls for accountable AI deployment. His current research examines when an AI agent’s actions should be allowed, held or denied, and how permissions, human oversight and accountability can be enforced. His recommendations informed execution-level safeguards in AIUC-1 control B006.3, and he contributes to the OWASP GenAI Security Project’s Agentic AI Trust & Accountability work. He also serves on the Standards Council of Canada’s mirror committees for ISO/IEC artificial intelligence and cybersecurity standards.
